Excellent tips! I incorporate these into my life, as well. You didn't mention getting enough sleep. I find that if I don't get enough sleep, it harms my productivity and my health.
Great list, some I already do but I think Iβll try the others.
One thing I do religiously is make amends to someone I may have offended, even when I know what I said was correct. When I am sure I was right, I apologize for the hurt I caused, not what I said or did. If I wasnβt right, then I apologize for my words or actions. I donβt sleep well until I do it.
I'd say gratitude - not only being grateful for small and big things in my own life, but showing gratitude to others, for the small and big things they do (either in their own lives or simply by smiling at strangers). This past weekend I was visiting a big city, and I purposely smiled where ever I walked and attempted to look people in the eyes, no matter how surly they were or how fast they were trying to get somewhere. Just being grateful that we are all here and alive is a small habit that delivers in multitudes. Thanks for the prompts, and for your tips (love the behind the scenes and high reel - sometimes the B side of the life is the one more cherished and impactful).
Great ideas! Letβs add meditation to the list! It does wonders! πππΈπ
I'm also deciding to add meditation in my morning routine from next month. Thanks for the recommendation π
yes to meditation!
even 5 minutes, daily, helps
less worries, less drama, more peace
Today was my 2nd day and I can definitely say it helps me boost my focus and lower the anxiety.
indeed, more focus, less mind-chatter, less fog
once we see the benefits, it's hard to stop

All of them but also 8, 10 and 11, but mainly all of them.

Thank you for this generous post.
Always good stuff, Friend
WoW! I loved every habit mentioned in this post. Few I already do and few I'm gonna start from tomorrow.
One small habit I like to do is: Cut all the processed foods from my diet. It has helped me a biggie.

I definitely need to work on numbers 5 and 7. I want to give 12 a try! Thanks for your insight.
Be bored more often, I absolutely love this!! I shall give it a go.
Thank you for this, thank you.
I'll let this be inspiration for tomorrow morning's post.
I'm actually enjoying this now.
Big fan of point 3, too! It really does help :)
All of the listed are stoic π
Thanks for sharing! Solid ideas here. I especially loved 9-12!

No 4 is quite relatable. Writers block really is a thing Iβm trying to come back from it at the moment. Good write up btwπ₯
